Due to the nature of our products (lingerie and intimate wear), we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • Deliveries are made via local couriers within Lebanon.

  • Estimated delivery time: 1– 2  working days.

  • Please ensure your contact information and address are correct. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete details.
